Imagery and data used for analysis for geological and thermal characterization of Oxia Planum seen in "Geologic and Thermal Characterization of Oxia Planum using Mars Odyssey THEMIS Data" (C.E. Gary-Bicas and A.D. Rogers). Amongst the datasets there are THEMIS (Thermal Emission Imaging System) image stamps "oxia_THEMIS_images.zip" which contains atmospherically corrected and geo-referenced emissivity cubes, CRISM (Compact Reconnaissance Imaging Spectrometer for Mars) image stamp frt00009a16_07_if166l_trr3 (includes atmospheric correction, de-striping, and projection steps). Regions of Interest (ROIs) correspond to analyzed locations to geologic units classified in manuscript (files ending with .roi). ROI files starting with the letter "I" are associated to THEMIS stamps."units.roi" is associated to CRISM stamp within these ROIs there is a denominator spectra for correction. ROI files can be opened with HARRIS ENVI. The ".txt" files are mean spectra output files from the ROIs with spectral data for both CRISM (9a16_.txt, these are ratioed spectra using denominator) and THEMIS (####.txt where the numbers are the last 4 digits of the Stamp ID). There are 2 mineral library files corresponding to spectral libraries for each instrument. "CRISMmin.txt" corresponds to CRISM library data and "comparison_lib_themisres.hdf" to THEMIS data. There are four THEMIS thermal inertia datasets extracted from a THEMIS thermal inertia stamp and divided by the different geologic units classified in paper (####_TI.csv).
