This dataset contains municipality-level monthly climate, environmental, and health indicators for all 5,572 Brazilian municipalities from January 2010 to December 2023. Each observation is uniquely identified by the IBGE municipality code (cod_mun), year, month, and corresponding calendar date. Climate variables include monthly mean near-surface air temperature (mean_temp), mean relative humidity (mean_humidity), mean precipitation (mean_rain), mean monthly fire radiative power (mean_monthly_frp), mean number of days without rain (mean_monthly_diasemchuva), and a mean fire risk indicator (means_monthly_riscofogo). Municipalities are classified according to biome (bioma). Health data include the total number of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome cases reported per month (sum_srag). Spatial boundaries are provided through municipal polygons (geometry).
