资源简介:
Synthetic progestins are widely used in human and veterinary medicine. They can enter aquatic environments mainly via wastewater discharge and agricultural runoff, thus affecting fish populations in receiving waters. Here we investigated the chronic effects of dydrogesterone (DDG) on zebrafish from 21 days post fertilization (dpf) to 140 dpf at 5, 50 and 500 ng L-1. In total, 16 microarrays were analyzed for testis (SC, L, M, and H treatments, 4 biological replicates per treatment) and 16 microarrays were analyzed for brain (SC, L, M, and H treatments, 4 biological replicates per treatment).
