Gut microbial 16S metagenome of Japanese elderly women who live in Ogimi

Ogimi is one of Japanense longevity villages, located in the Okinawa prefecture. In this study, we focused on the elderly women living in the village and classified them into two groups based on whether they lived in Ogimi during the first three years of their lives and compared the gut microbiota between the two groups.
