Cultivated strawberry at three different development stages

To investigate the expression profiling of FaMATE genes during strawberry receptacle development, transcriptome analysis was conducted on the cultivated strawberry cultivar Akihime using 150 bp paired-end reads generated by an Illumina Novaseq 6000 platform. Receptacles at three different developmental stages: small green (SG), degreening (DG), full red (FR) were subjected to RNA isolation and library preparation.
