"This entry provides a synthetic executable companion for the paper An Analytical System Design for Forensic Fingerprint Examination. The package includes simulator code, documentation, synthetic datasets, and generated figures that computationally represent a contactless latent fingerprint examination workflow on reflective non-porous surfaces. The simulator models fingerprint ridge formation, latent degradation, optical illumination, and enhancement stages based on CLAHE and STFT-style contextual filtering, and supports multiple scenarios involving glass, metal, aged prints, partial prints, and degraded conditions. The artifact is designed to make the paper\u2019s ideas more inspectable, runnable, and reusable for exploratory research, teaching, and reproducibility-oriented workflows. All included outputs are synthetic and should be viewed as a computational interpretation of the paper rather than a direct replication of the authors\u2019 original experimental data."
