General information on the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRFs) and information about the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRFs) Prospective Payment System (PPS) Rate Settings and data regarding different measure codes and their corresponding scores for majority of the IRFs. Data on the spending and utilization data in the Home Health Agency PUF are aggregated to the identification number for the agency, the Home Health Resource Group (HHRG) and by state. Information on the annual most frequent hospice diagnoses, the number of patients, and average length of stay. The Medicare Part D Prescriber Public Use File provides information on prescription drug events (PDEs) incurred by Medicare beneficiaries with a Part D prescription drug plan by National Provider Identifier (NPI) and drug name and contains information on drug utilization (claim counts and day supply) and total drug costs.
