This the annual and final report for EPM25926 detailing the work completed by A.C.N. 605 294 228 Pty Ltd (the Holder) for the period 24 November 2024 to 23 November 2025 and referencing where applicable the work done over the tenure from 24 November 2015 to 23 November 2025. EPM25926 expired on the 23 November 2025.

EPM25926 is located approximately 45km south of Gladstone and contains a large, high grade, undeveloped limestone deposit close to the industrial city of Gladstone and is a significant strategic resource. The Boyne deposits consist of large lensoidal, fossiliferous, recrystallised limestone which grades in places to marble.

Work conducted during the reporting period included landowner liaison, rock chip sampling and mapping, multi-elemental analysis, data compilation and review, database development, geological review, technical review and reporting

No expenditure commitment was allocated for the current period (Year 10) as per the work program amendment in 2022 (refer to 2022 to 2023 Annual Activity Report). However, with a shortfall of $22,000 from the last reporting period (Year 9), the Holder made up for the shortfall by spending a total of $50,740 in the current reporting period.
