Reproducibility Package for "Governing Collective Supplier Awards under Policy Constraints: A Consensus-Robust Decision Analytics Framework"

This repository contains the complete reproducibility materials accompanying the manuscript titled “Governing Collective Supplier Awards under Policy Constraints: A Consensus-Robust Decision Analytics Framework.” The package supports independent verification and reproduction of the analytical and computational results reported in the manuscript and its Supporting Information. It includes: simulation and synthetic data-generation code; exact pairwise linear-programming routines; admissible-weight hit-and-run sampling procedures; the full factorial design covering 81 configurations and 500 paired replications per configuration; outputs based on 800 retained admissible-weight samples per replication; bootstrap confidence-interval and HC3 regression scripts; configuration-level summaries; penalty-sensitivity and OWA-sensitivity analyses; component-ablation results; source data and scripts used to generate the reported tables and figures; publication-quality figure files; the Online Supporting Information; and a README describing the execution order, software requirements, file structure, and mapping between repository outputs and the manuscript. The primary computational settings are a random seed of 20260621, baseline penalty coefficient λ = 0.38, OWA centrality parameter γ = 2.0, and exact-assurance threshold τ = 0.0. All data included in this repository are synthetic or illustrative. No confidential procurement records, identifiable suppliers, evaluators, councils, tenders, personal information, or commercially sensitive information are included. This repository is provided solely to support transparency, reproducibility, and scholarly review of the accompanying research.
