Ptychography raw and challenge data for 'Electron Ptychography Images Hydrogen Atom Superlattices and 3D Inhomogeneities in Palladium Hydride Nanoparticles'

ptychography datasets for the multislice electron ptychographic reconstructions in the paper 'Electron Ptychography Images Hydrogen Atom Superlattices and 3D Inhomogeneities in Palladium Hydride Nanoparticles' arXiv.2508.11142 and upcoming paper. The reconstruction code is based on the fold_slice package. A challenge dataset, which is the full ptychograph data for PdH, is uploaded for the development of ptychography reconstruction packages. The bottom-right thicker part of PdH appears as NAN in the foldslice package.
