C. difficile whole Genome sequencing. Clostridioides difficile

The Leeds-Leiden reference library (collaboration of University of Leeds and University of Leiden) and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) reference library are a set of reference sequences of C. difficile. This collection consists of the most frequently found PCR ribotypes in Europe and has been characterized and agreed upon by the universities of Leeds and Leiden by conventional PCR ribotyping.
