Data for: Effect of emerging contaminants on soil microbial community composition, soil enzyme activity, and strawberry plant growth in polyethylene microplastic-containing soils

This repository contains data for the study: "Effect of emerging contaminants on soil microbial community composition, soil enzyme activity, and strawberry plant growth in polyethylene microplastic-containing soils". In particular it contains the 16S rRNA sequences in FASTQ format and .qza and .qzv files generated by the Qiime2 bioinformatics platform. It also contains the 96-well microplate reader fluorescence data used to calculate enzyme activity, contaminants data, and plant growth data. In addition, all Python code used to perform statistics and generate figures are also included.
