The National Reference Laboratory for Salmonella located at the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) is using WGS methods for characterization of Salmonella isolates from animal production, food and the environment. Here we provide selected WGS data for Salmonella enterica isolates received for routine diagnostics or in the frame of monitoring and control programs.
