Supplementary dataset accompanying the manuscript "PlasTree: A Tree-Based Pipeline for Clustering Complete Plasmids from Long-Read Assemblies". Contains complete plasmid sequences, Bakta gene annotations, pangenome presence/absence analyses (Roary, Panaroo), PlasTree clustering outputs (dotplot-, k-mer-, and pangenome-based trees, weighted consensus tree, and cluster assignments at four branch length thresholds), and comparative classification results from MOB-suite, PlasmidFinder, PlasmidHub, Pling, ResFinder, and VirulenceFinder, for two long-read sequenced bacterial collections: 69 plasmids from 30 Klebsiella pneumoniae strains (KP) and 204 plasmids from 30 Enterococcus faecium strains (FI).For a detailed description of the dataset structure, please refer to the included README.md file.
