GeneChip Human Transcriptome Array 2.0 of sorted T cells from human tonsils or follicular lymphoma We analyzed sorted Naive CD4, Memory CD4, Tfh, Treg from 3 human tonsils and Naive CD4, Memory CD4, Tfh, Tfr from 3 human follicular lymphoma. CDNA were hybridized on GeneChip Human Transcriptome Array 2.0. CEL files were processed with Affymetrix Expression Console software 1.3.1 using RMA and default settings.
