Genome-wide significant summary meta-analysis results of the PDGene database in populations of Caucasian and Asian decent.

Whenever multiple polymorphisms showed genome-wide significant association in the same locus, only the variant with the smallest P-value is listed here. Note that, overall, 103 PDGene meta-analyses results across the 12 loci listed above yield genome-wide significant evidence for association with PD.
