Singscores: Gene-level count matrices were imported into DESeq2 in R, and normalised using DESeq2 size factor-based normalisation. Log2-transformed counts were used as input for rank-based single sample scoring by singscore. Each sample was independently scored for enrichment against gene sets from the Hallmark collection of the MSigDB database, accessed using the msigdbr package (v25.1.1).Singscore z-scores: Singscores within treatment groups were z-scored.
