The project contains R scripts and data underlying the manuscript by Murillo et al., "Agronomic non-native species are overrepresented across habitat types in central Canada". <br> <strong>1. R code of analysis for the main manuscript:</strong> agronomic_species_ms_script.R <br> <strong>2. Datasets used in the R script file:</strong> adjusted_values_all_final2.csv Dataset with the richness values adjusted to account for differences in plot sizes across habitat types. Details on this procedure can be found in the main manuscript. <br> species_data_all_habitats_functional_trait.csv Vegetation survey data with the full species-plot observations, including the foliar cover of each species. <br> species.cover.aliens.only.csv Dataset of all non-native species from the vegetation survey, the total cover of each species, and the assigned usage category. For details on usage category, refer to the main manuscript.
