Experimental data and software for simulation in publication: Mechanical forces instruct division plane orientation of cambium stem cells during radial growth in Arabidopsis thaliana

The experimental data comprises raw images of biological samples as well as raw data extracted from these.
The simulation software contains the sourcecode used to produce simulation results of this work. It consists of our C++ code of the core functionalities, including scripts used for generating the data in the publication and a simple example of how to build a simple growth simulation.
Therein we also have a README file, detailling about requirements and compilation.
