Super-Resolution Imaging in Whole Cells and Tissues via DNA-PAINT on a Spinning Disk Confocal with Optical Photon Reassignment

This dataset contains localization data saved in .hdf5 format, compatible with the Picasso software for single-molecule localization microscopy analysis. Accompanying each localization file is a .yaml metadata file that contains all relevant acquisition and analysis parameters, including pixel size, exposure time, and post-processing settings. Each file corresponds to a figure from the main text or supplementary information of the associated publication. These files can be directly opened in Picasso (https://github.com/jungmannlab/picasso) for visualization and further analysis.
