Model 1 was adjusted for age; model 2 adjusted for family history of eye disease, smoking, exercise, drinking alcohol, total energy intake, and fat intake along with age; model 3 added an adjustment for total cholesterol, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol, diabetes, and hypertension.
