This data set contains the synthesised data points from seven (7) shortlisted Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT) studies by applying a novel Computational-Assisted Causality-Assisted Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (CASMA) framework. The data points were identified following an initial screen of 33,444 meta-analyses and subsequent comprehensive Information Retrieval across databases. The eligibility criteria were then verified by a meticulous handsearch of the RCTs, with the agreement of two reviewers. The primary objective is to provide the necessary inputs for recurrence and subject counts across intervention and control groups to perform a meta-analysis on the long-term efficacy of Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone (GnRH) agonists in preventing endometriosis recurrence following surgery. Various techniques were applied to obtain the Intent-to-Treat (ITT) data, and all methodological details are listed in the comments column.<br><br>The preprint detailing the full methodology is available at https://arxiv.org/abs/2509.16599.
