AlphaFold3 predictions of riboflavin synthase and lumazine synthase heterocomplex formation across 166 organisms

This dataset contains AlphaFold3 structural predictions for riboflavin synthase (RS) and lumazine synthase (LS) heterocomplexes from 166 organisms (144 bacteria, plus archaea, fungi, and plants). Each prediction models the 18-chain RS/LS inclusion complex. The dataset was generated to investigate the prevalence of RS/LS complex formation across diverse organisms, extending beyond the characterized complexes from Bacillus subtilis and Aquifex aeolicus.
