Transcriptome sequencing of Arabidopsis exposed to volatiles from Microbacterium sp. strain EC8

RNAseq analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana shoots and roots exposed to volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from Microbacterium sp. strain EC8 isolated from a soil suppressive to the fungal root pathogen Rhizoctonia solani. Plant whole-genome transcriptome was analyzed to investigate the impact of bacterialvolatiles on plant growth and development.
