在对山东省木瓜种质资源收集整理的基础上,开展了木瓜种质资源分类评价和良种选育研究 在对山东省木瓜种质资源营养成分分析的基础上,针对木瓜有开发价值成分及特有成分,开展了提取工艺研究 在对木瓜生产及利用详细调研的基础上,针对其果品有机酸含量高,木质纤维发达等限制因子实施攻关,开展了木瓜加工利用初步研究 立足于现有品种和加工利用需求,开展了木瓜良种定向选育。 研究达到的主要性能指标是:(1)系统收集了现有山东省木瓜种质资源,建立了木瓜品种资源圃2处 (2)通过形态学方法、数量分类及分子标记等技术,首次对现有品种进行了较完整的、科学的分类,对具有不同优良特征的木瓜进行了归类如:观赏型品种、果用型品种、果材兼用型品种、盆景型品种等 (3)选育出适于加工的皱皮木瓜新品种‘蒙山青秀、‘蒙山翠绿、‘蒙山锦秀,产量分别达到5146kg、4530kg、4813kg 光皮木瓜品种‘宜食康,产量达到2900kg,观赏闻香型光皮木瓜品种‘金苹果,产量达到2300kg。通过杂交育种手段,初步获得了23个不同杂交组合的种子 (4)木瓜扦插繁殖技术取得进展并应用于良种生产 (5)木瓜果实成分分析及齐墩果酸等有效成分提取利用获得成功,研制加工出木瓜罐头、鲜木瓜汁、木瓜果醋、木瓜果酒等产品 (6)项目申报国家专利12项,已获批国家发明专利2项。在国家核心期刊发表研究论文8篇。(7)选育‘蒙山青秀木瓜、‘宜食康木瓜良种2个,获得中国林产品博览会金奖3项。
Based on the collection and organization of Chinese quince (Chaenomeles) germplasm resources in Shandong Province, research on classification, evaluation and elite breeding of Chaenomeles germplasm resources was conducted. Based on the nutrient composition analysis of Chaenomeles germplasm resources in Shandong Province, extraction process research was carried out targeting the developmentally valuable and unique components of Chaenomeles. Based on a detailed investigation of Chaenomeles production and utilization, targeted preliminary research on Chaenomeles processing and utilization was conducted to address the limiting factors such as high organic acid content in its fruits and well-developed lignified fibers. Based on existing varieties and processing and utilization demands, targeted elite breeding of Chaenomeles was carried out. The main performance indicators achieved by this research are as follows: (1) Systematically collected the existing Chaenomeles germplasm resources in Shandong Province, and established 2 Chaenomeles variety germplasm repositories. (2) For the first time, a relatively complete and scientific classification of existing varieties was conducted using technologies including morphological methods, quantitative classification and molecular markers, and Chaenomeles with different excellent characteristics were categorized into groups such as ornamental cultivars, fruit-use cultivars, fruit-and-timber dual-purpose cultivars and bonsai cultivars. (3) Three new elite Chaenomeles speciosa cultivars suitable for processing were bred: 'Mengshan Qingxiu', 'Mengshan Cuilv' and 'Mengshan Jinxiu', with yields reaching 5146 kg, 4530 kg and 4813 kg respectively. A new light-peel Chaenomeles cultivar 'Yishikang' was bred, with a yield of 2900 kg. An ornamental and fragrant light-peel Chaenomeles cultivar 'Golden Apple' was bred, with a yield of 2300 kg. Through crossbreeding, seeds of 23 different hybrid combinations were preliminarily obtained. (4) Progress was made in Chaenomeles cutting propagation technology, which was applied to elite seedling production. (5) Successful analysis of Chaenomeles fruit components and extraction and utilization of active ingredients such as oleanolic acid were achieved, and products including Chaenomeles canned fruit, fresh Chaenomeles juice, Chaenomeles vinegar and Chaenomeles wine were developed. (6) The project applied for 12 national patents, of which 2 national invention patents have been authorized. 8 research papers were published in national core academic journals. (7) Two elite cultivars, 'Mengshan Qingxiu' and 'Yishikang', were bred, and 3 gold awards were obtained at the China Forest Products Expo.
