Airport Runway, Taxiway, and Ramp Footprints in Kentucky

This dataset represents Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) paved public airport runway, taxiway and ramps in Kentucky as polygons. Dataset derived from 2016 NAIP imagery. Some polygons were created using remote sensing techniques; various years of imagery for heads up digitization @ 1"=1000' in others. Unpaved (grass/dirt) FAA public airports however are unmapped. Polygons can symbolized by usage as interpreted from various years of NAIP imagery. Location ID's and Name's as designated by the Federal Aviation Admiration are available in this dataset.
