The assessment of the L1 vertebral shape and size variation for age identification in the Malaysian adult population using Geometric Morphometric approach

This is a dataset of centroid size, Procrusted Coordinates, and the Principal Component (PC scores) of the L1 vertebra. A total of 444 samples of L1 vertebra CT scan from Radiology Department Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre were analyzed using GM approach, and data set were obtained.
