An H1N1 COBRA elicits a neutralizing antibody response against emerging human infecting Eurasian avian-like swine influenza virus

In this study, the binding and functional profile of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) generated as previously described and following the immunization of BALB/c mice with H1N1 COBRA-based vaccines, or historical seasonal and pandemic H1N1 vaccine strains, were evaluated against the recent H1N1 vaccine strains, as well as the Eurasian avian-like swine influenza virus.
