Error metric files for SUMMA with different formulations of the energy equation

Release corresponding to energy balance error metrics (files [solutionMethod]_hrly_diff_bals_balance.nc) and accuracy error metrics (files [solutionMethod]_hrly_diff_stats_accuracy.nc) for sub-domains veg, snow, and soil for different formulations of the energy equation (indicated by [solutionMethod]), as described in Van Beusekom et al. (2026; preprint). A supplementary figure comparing energy balance error metrics of the sub-domains is given in SupplementaryMaterial_balanceVegSnowSoilNrg.png. This preprint is currently under review in Journal of Advances in Modeling Earth Systems. This release will be superseded if peer review indicates further changes are needed. Van Beusekom, A.
