This dataset contains empirical data, simulation results and code for statistical analysis and mathematical models for the manuscript "Imprinting sets the stage for speciation".<br>[Rearing Experiment]RearingData.csv: empirical data<br>Rearing Experiment Stats.Rmd: R code for statistical analysis<br><br>[Population Genetic Models]Population Genetic Model.nb: Mathematica code of the population genetic model<br><br>Numerical Analysis Results.Rmd: R code for visualizing the numerical analysis results<br>Effects of Starting Frequency.Rmd: R code for visualizing the simulation of different starting frequency<br>All other csv files are simulation results from the Mathematica file, all of which would be imported when running the two R markdown files above.<br><br><br><br>
