Lactiplantibacillus plantarum for the Prevention of GI aGVHD. A Report from the Childrens Oncology Group

This dataset includes shotgun metagenomic sequences from a Phase 3 clinical trial evaluating L. plantarum 299v for the prevention of GI aGvHD in children and adolescents undergoing alloHCT. Stool samples were collected at multiple timepoints, with participants randomized to receive either L. plantarum 299v or placebo. The sequences reflect the microbial diversity and changes observed during the trial, with the goal of understanding the probiotic impact on gastrointestinal integrity.
