The aim of the project was to increase the understanding of the mechanisms behind the combination of individual analysis and firm analysis. The project has taken a closer look at which motivation systems influence those who are in adult education and those who organize it.
A firm survey attempted to illustrate how the spread of knowledge and building of competance are carried through in the working life, whether such learning in relation to work is divided unequally between gender and age groups, and whether the competance differences that are established have important distribution effects.
