Lightning datasets for SVM model training and testing

The training and testing datasets for the SVM models. SVM models are trainied individually for positive and negative pulses. Each row in the text files is a the decimated electric field waveform (1 MS/s after decimation) in 100 µs window obtained by CAMMA sensors.用于支持向量机（SVM）模型的训练与测试数据集。此类模型需分别针对正、负脉冲开展独立训练。文本文件中的每一行均为CAMMA传感器采集所得、经降采样处理的100微秒时长窗口内的电场波形，其降采样后采样率为1兆采样每秒（1 MS/s）。
