Bulk RNA sequencing of WT and Pax6-KO mouse lacrimal gland organoids under expansion and differentiation conditions

First, we determined the gene expression profile of WT mouse lacrimal gland tissue and organoids in expansion and in differentiation. Then, we sought the differences between WT and Pax6-KO mouse lacrimal gland organoids in expansion and in differentiation. Mouse lacrimal gland tissue (n = 3), mouse lacrimal gland organoids cultured in expansion for 7 days (EM, n = 3) and cultured in expansion for 2 days then in differentiation for 5 days (DM, n = 3). To determine the effect of Pax6-KO, we established 2 WT and 2 Pax6-KO clonal lines, that were each exposed to EM and to DM for 7 days before being subjected to bulk RNA sequencing.
