NRS-15726 | Transcripts from the Special Commission of Inquiry into the Glenbrook Rail Accident

This series records the public hearings of the Special Commission of Inquiry into the Glenbrook Rail Accident. The transcripts are arranged chronologically from the first sitting day and record questions asked of, and answers given by, those being examined before the Commission. The transcript also includes lists of exhibits. Each day of sitting constitutes a separate section within a folder and some sections have an index for the day’s proceedings. Each page is dated and numbered and headed with the letter prefix "D" and a number representing the day of sitting of the Commission. The first volume contains a copy of the Letters Patent establishing the Special Commission. Some pages are annotated and contain corrections. The cover of each folder contains all of the sitting dates within the folder.This series was originally created as an electronic series and the paper records held by State Records are copies.
