RNA-seq of carnation (Dianthus caryophyllus L. cv. Momorina) petals during postharvest storage

RNA-seq was performed to investigate the effects of dark and different temperature conditions on the transcriptome of carnation (Dianthus caryophyllus L.) cv. Momorina petals during postharvest storage. This study aims to understand the genetic mechanisms behind petal color changes and fading under different storage conditions, comparing quality preservation at 10 degree Celsius with deterioration at 23 degree Celsius.
