DHS Budget Portfolio Outcome Financial Statements (Changes in equity) 2013-14

The Budget Portfolio Outcome statements comprise the comprehensive operating statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, statement of changes in equity, and administered items statements. This dataset is focussed on the Statement of changes in equity component. The statements have been prepared on a consolidated basis and include all general government sector entities within the portfolio. Financial transactions and balances are classified into either controlled or administered categories as agreed with the Treasurer in the context of the published statements in BP5.The Budget Portfolio Outcome Financial statements are not subject to audit by the Victorian AuditorGeneral's Office.
