In this work, novel organic molecules are designed, synthesized, and introduced as the hole transport materials on the top of perovskite layer in planar n−i−p heterojunction perovskite solar cells (PSCs). This data set contains the optoelectronic (UV-Vis, conductivity) and compositional characterization of the resulted thin films (XRD, SEM, AFM) and photovoltaic properties of the fabricated solar cells (J-V curves, carrier recombination, power conversion efficiency, hysteresis effect). The resulting perovskite films were also characterized by steady-state photoluminescence (PL), time-resolved PL (TRPL) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements.
