Transcriptome analysis of Pseudopestalotiopsis camelliae-sinensis treated with Ningnanmycin by RNA-seq

Pseudopestalotiopsis camelliae-sinensis is a pathogen that causes tea leaf spot on tea plant (Camellia sinensis). Tea plant have been widely grown in Guizhou province, China and the cultivation area in the region ranks first among all the provinces or cities in China. An environmentally friendly antibiotic Ningnanmycin cuold inhibit Pseudopestalotiopsis camelliae-sinensis, but the antifungal mechanism is not understood. This RNA-seq data will be great helpful to study the antifungal mechanism of Ningnanmycin against Pseudopestalotiopsis camelliae-sinensis.
