Odor characterization of the poultry red mite (Dermanyssus gallinae) for identification of volatile biomarkers of infestation across multiple commercial laying hen systems

This data corresponds to measurements done on the odour of poultry red mite and poultry house litter using thermal desorption - gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (TD-GC-MS). Scripts for statistical analysis of the data are included.
