Osteosarcoma U2OS cells were studied to profile the expression of miR-571 mimic & inhibitor transfected cells. The goal was to gain insights or to build hypotheses into the mechanisms of miR-571 regulation effects on the DNA replication network in cell-based model. Overall design: The study included three experimental groups, U2OS miR-571 mimic transfected cells, U2OS miR-571 inhibitor transfected cells and U2OS miR control transfected cells. Each group had two biological replciate samples.
