STUDYING PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS AND APTITUDES

This thesis analyzes the process of studying an individual’s professional interests and aptitudes from a psychological perspective. The research scientifically examines the formation of professional interest, its relationship with motivational factors, and the manifestation of aptitudes based on individual differences. Temperament characteristics, cognitive processes, levels of ability, and personal motivations are considered as key factors in choosing a professional direction. The thesis develops recommendations for identifying professional suitability through psychodiagnostic methods and for fostering professional self-awareness in young people. The research findings demonstrate the importance of psychological readiness for an individual’s success in the labor market, conscious career choice, and professional development.
