Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain PKS6 . Strain PKS6 is a mutant derivative of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain PA01 that displays a hyper-dispersive phenotype after it forms a biofilm. It was isolated by Profs. E. Peter Greenberg and Pradeep Singh of the University of Washington, Seattle and will be used for comparative analysis.
