City Contracted Stabilizations

<p>The stabilization process includes data collection, trash removal, and board-up services. Each record represents a property that is under contract for stabilization services by the City of Detroit. For more information please refer to the <a href='https://detroitmi.gov/departments/construction-and-demolition-department' rel='nofollow ugc'>Construction and Demolition Department</a> page on the City of Detroit's website. Once a property is contracted for stablization, it will then go through the stablizition process and eventually be marked as a completed stabilization once the process is complete.</p>
