We used scRNA-seq analysis to investigate the characteristics of p16high cells in the bladdder cancer microenvironment. Overall design: We performed scRNA-seq using the aged p16CreERT2-tdTomato mouse bladder. The tdTomato-positive and negative stromal cells were collected through FACS and processed for library preparation.
