Our study investigates how RIPC modulates the transcriptomic profile of neutrophils and renal tubular epithelial cells in the kidney during acute kidney injury. Acute kidney injury was induced by ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) in mice. Single neutrophils were isolated from the blood and renal tubular epithelial cells were isolated from the kidney 24 hours after induction of AKI.
