Direct conversion of rod to cone-like photoreceptors by NRL knockdown with cell-penetrating siRNA

To investigate the retinal transcriptome in which Nrl gene is knocked down by cp-asiRNA (cp-asiNRL) in wildtype C57BL/6J mouse and laser-induced CNV model. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for wildtype C57BL/6J mouse and laser-induced CNV model mouse when PBS or cp-asiRNA targeting Nrl were treated.
