MCS scenario results

This dataset contains all MCS results presented in the paper. It contains figures generated and the data in NetCDF format and the run files in python needed to run the simulation. Moreover, the dataset contains AOD bias test results for the 10% bias, including the run file. This can be used to easily run the simulation for other biases, such as 50%, by changing the bias value in the run file.The dataset also includes the original OPAC ASCII file namend "mineral_dust_transported" containing the aerosol opto-atmospheric parameters and the parsed NetCDF file drived from it, named dust_layer_example.nc, which contains the scattering phase function, AOD, SSA. Furthermore, the dataset contains the stratus cloud MCS and the corresponding original OPAC and parsed NetCDF file. The function to read the parsed NetCDF files and produce the per-layer AOD for E2E is also provided, named read_aerosol_nc_file.py.
