资源简介:
Peanut scorch spot, caused by Leptosphaerulina arachidicolas is one of the most common leaves diseases, which lead a large number of dead leaves in the middle and late development stages of peanut. Much is unknown about this pathogen, especially at molecular level. L. arachidicolas isolate JB313 was isolated from an infected peanut leaf in Yantan, Shandong, China. Pathogenicity assessment showed that JB313 is a high-virulence strain on peanut. This is the first complete genome sequence of a type stain of Leptosphaerulina arachidicolas, which will provide basis for the researches on the pathogenicity mechanism, gene function, regulation network, disease management, as well as evolution and population genetics of L. arachidicolas.
