Data for the manuscript "Formation of stagnant slabs in the mantle transition zone due to reduction in grainsize and viscosity following spinel-to-post-spinel phase transition". The files including all the temperature, viscosity (in log scale), velocity, grainsize (in log scale), and grain growth rate (in log scale) fields for all the cases in the paper. The names of each directory corresponds to the case name in Table S2. The first two columns in the data are the coordinates in km.
